cuz you can stack it with epic club 45dd (dd is capped to 7x anyway) and it also adds +100 str AND %atk speed. (for a total of 55% atk speed)

Overall its slightly better than upg club 2.0 but not that obvious as if you were using upg 2.0 + shield because of +85% atk speed total would be easy to notice

You would probably not notice the attackspeed that well. Attackspeed stacks negatively(that's how I describe it lel), meaning the more you have the less effect the next boost will have.
