Wasn't indo items meant to be used on the account of the person that transferred it? I thought It was an exclusive item of ph rohan and wasn't meant to be used by the guys that play here. Yes it is not supposed to be traded and I heard that Ph items when traded to another account delete itself from the game and database as well. I think this shield was traded long before this "self deletion" has been implemented.

cuz you can stack it with epic club 45dd (dd is capped to 7x anyway) and it also adds +100 str AND %atk speed. (for a total of 55% atk speed)

Overall its slightly better than upg club 2.0 but not that obvious as if you were using upg 2.0 + shield because of +85% atk speed total would be easy to notice

oh and 15% hp abs haxpro
