Darkness is better, frozen is useless, because you hit people mainly when they are under stun, and when they are not you will get stunned back, so having opponent giving you less dmg is better in my opinion. Besides there are always pvp's when you duke things out, so its not running around contest.
By that logic you dont need to slow ppl's aspd when they are stuned either making the best element the bot element (blazing) hue
