Level difference for best drop

It's too much effort to get these lvl 1 items now XD, back when you could dlvl them safely to 1 I had a break from rohan so never made any . If you have full lvl 1 gear, defo easier to just put ur char on hk, but for freal how many people have that xD

Most lowbies I see/know don't lol, once in awhile I see one with high lvl gear on a low lvl char but in general the majority of the players doesn't. Then again the question is how many lowbies do have a high lvl main that can power lvl them, would this be more or less than the amount of people that has full lvl 1 gears. My assumption, more people have mains to powerlvl a lowbie with (you can already do that with a lvl 50 savage lol).

well, I sold some weps and gears dlv 1 ( hp swords, dex sword and dagg, club etc) also players who have that they dont want to sell it, I sold cuz if I dotn use a wep why still have it.to ur question idk how many lowbies have a high powerlvl but theres too manyyyyy lowbies asking for "leech me plz leech me leech me" haha

We can always ask PWI for a lvl your character to lvl90 and then get boosted to 115 event
That way players can concentrate on gearing it rather than lifelessly lvling it to 115 which should be the default lvl for pvp right now that max is 165 :P

TBH I think boost event should be permanently on. Plenty of grinding from lvl 85/90 to 115+98765432154

Good idea and to add more, there are few low level players in the game. It is so hard to find a party in low level maps.

Before the lvl 90 get free 115 boost event there was a series of quests that would get you to lvl 66. Something similar to that but extended to get you to lvl 90.
