Rohan still dead?

I played rohan around October 2014 till like January 2015 is it still dead or there's more people now? I'm asking for the people in Jainus and Isen... I don't know whether I should come back or not.

Jainus, there are som people but the game is pretty much messed up and pretty unbalanced
