Not sure who you are talking about.. OP or HannaRem. Doesn't matter since neither of you have the authority to stop me from responding in a public forum. I can say what I want, when I want and you guys don't have jack to say about it. As you guess I am not a nice person. Nor am I required to be. I take great pleasure in rubbing the noses of people who do stupid things in the sh!t that comes from it. This guy did something really stupid, and is now crying in the forums because he thinks it is unfair.



So what part of what I said is not true? That he issued chargebacks? I reposted his picture proving he did. That he had a successful chargeback, Look at his highlighted stetement there that he did. So who is lying here?

Your accounts get jacked, you report it to the GMs. They block them and investigate. Occasionally you poke at Atzigan to see if he can get the ball rolling or resolve tough parts. You turn around and charge back, you are basically telling PWI that you are not interested in investigating any more, you are going away and never coming back. That decision is final and no amount of reversals, cancellations or crying in forums will change it.

As far as your friend is concerned, he gave PWI a great big FU and walked away. Sometimes we get mad and sh!t happens that we later regret. Charging back is something you don't do without permanent consequences.

is real money what talking about, if he did the chargeback is cuz they dont want to resolve, after chargeback they want to resolve ( of course they will resolve if he cancel cuz it will look so bad for PWI a succesfull chargeback) as I always say.... they need to get better customer service

He said his accounts hacked not GM. He didn't post anything in here saying the GMs agreed his account was hacked only that it was accessed from more than one IP address. He got pissed off and charged back $700 and ragequit. He cancelled all but $100 which he got back from PAYPAL. Valid chargeback, signed, sealed delivered.

It does not matter one iota that he cancelled all those others. It does not matter that his account was hacked. It does not matter GMs wanted to help or not. It does nto matter if he charged back $10. The second he was awarded that chargeback, his account with PlayWithI is doomed forever. There is no turning back from that.

He. Charged. Back. End of story.

As for the story behind all of this, if he had not gotten mad and did the chargebvacks in the fiirst place, he could have no doubt gotten everything straightened out. But he lost hos cool, made a decision to "quit forever" and charged back. Not the wisest course of action, but he now has to deal with the consequences of that.

Sux, but there it is. There are many things that PlayWithI will forgive - hacks, scamming, botting, all kinds of things. But you mess with their revenue by taking back your donations and the game is over for you.
