This thread is actually quite sad.

Shawn wanted to make the same trade to me for my axe + dagger. I am having too much fun on 100% dd guard/def to do the trade.

I talk to a lot of people on the daily, however people here like to latch onto false accusations about people and things and perpetuate false information. I was called a "scammer" just for the lawls because people knew it irritated me that people would say I was a scammer when I was not. I tend not to believe lots of bullshit people spread because its not worth piss. Especially coming from an enemy of that person that's saying it.

So I will say this. Dont speak of the past when this is not that time. The time now is however a time separate from that time. If it actually happened. However it was likely just a lie from someone or some people who simply didnt like him.

Lately, there's a lot of investigations going on, and a lot of users witch hunting other users and framing them for a lot of things.
And it is mostly an issue very popular between two or three guilds, a friendly reminder is, Game Masters take no sides and what shows in our database is the law.
We are carefully investigating each and every account as we don't want to wrongfully permaban our users.

One thing I can tell you all is, if a person gives you another users account, report it immediately, don't be permabanned for some quick e-cash or just a few items you got from a user who claims is the account owner yet wrongfully obtained the information.
Play fair, keep your fights within the game and if your account is compromised report it immediately. The longer you wait to report it the longer the investigation will take.
If you are currently account sharing, stop doing that, change all your passwords even your email passwords it will backfire on you almost 99% of the time.

Play fair, give a clean fight, do things properly. You're not only hurting the player, you're hurting the game you play, leaving a lot of fighters out of the fight until the investigation is completed.
And that, we don't take lightly.
I repeat one last time, change all your passwords if you're currently account sharing. It will be for your own benefit and will prevent you from being banned in the future.

Bonus Tip: Game Masters will never share information about the game unless it's an issue about your account. They will also never ask for your passwords or items.
Passwords are sacred and Items we can create on our own, so there's no need to request items to players.

It's already established you can't read or think of a reply worth reading. Sharing account is against ToS, hacking an account is not same as scamming it seems like you don't know the difference.

@ frog, yup i have 200 fully geard accounts i have to share some of them sometimes since i cant log them all and pvp. 99% of players share accounts.

i'm not saying my scammed items were shared. gm did their job and if it was shared i wont get my items back like any other players who got scammed by"sharing account"

u dnt expect gms to keep players in game who dnt play and dnt spend but all they do is just sit and scam ppl and make players quit. thts their job. and expect gms to get rid of ppl who payed and got scammed\hacked not by sharing account? :\

As much animosity I have had toward shawn over the years one thing I can say in all honesty is that he never scammed anyone that did not scam him first. Payback is a b!tch and in his place I would do the same, or worse, to anyone that scammed me. I can be a really vindictive S.O.B.

But case at hand: You admit right there that you share your accounts. That immediately invalidates any claim you can have that your stuff was not stolen by one of your own *cough*friends*cough* and sold to Shawn LEGITIMATELY. Yet you are stating up and down the line you did nto share your account with anyone.

Well then, explain exactly how that stuff got out of your account and traded to shawn, hmm? Please explain how that could possibly happen if you did not share your account.

There is only one way that can happen. If you did not share your account with anyone, you traded them to him yourself and are now scamming him SCAMMER. Perhaps you should be looking at your own *ehrm* friends for scammers rather than trying to dump that blame on someone else. But if you did not share your accounts, you scammed shawn. Plain and simple.

IMHO if you lose sh!t from your accounts, it is all on you either by your own actions or by those you shared account information. You have no recourse whatsoever. To attempt otherwise makes YOU the scammer here not shawm.

The case is being investigated. I have very little doubt the right thing will be done by the GMs.

With all due respect Atzigan, the account wasn't randomly given to me by a 3rd party. This is easily proven as I've more than password to the same account(s) involved that were changed several times. Anyways, I'll ticket you hope you can check it out as soon as possible. Thanks.
