Ring missing

I bought two upg rings from IM 01/28 and one more at 01/29. later that day on 01/29 my first two armor vouchers went gone and I got one ring in my event inventory. so now I'm here one one armor voucher and one ring, when I bought three to start with. anyone experiencing the same problem, would be nice to actually have 3 rings when the refine boosts come this weekend.. Do you guys think that GM will add the ring I am missing or is it my own problem?

Did you check all the 115 characters on your account? For some reason they like to put gear on different characters sometimes, other times they simply forget and you have to wait for the ticket to be read. From experience they are normally pretty quick to deal with tickets regarding missing upg's or rings, if nothing else.

are the vouchers still in your inventory? if they are there, they werent delivered yet.
If so they are gone, look in your event inventory.

Two vouchers gone, one left, I had ONE ring in event inventory. So I'm sitting here with one voucher soon to be ring and one ring.

I am sure they will look into it when they start work today. You really should post your ticket number so the GMs know which ticket you are talking about though.

Okey, I got my second ring now, so the situation is now that I bought 3 vouchers. I got two rings.. all three vouchers gone.. I rly need them this weeked for the boosts..
01/28 = I bought two rings(vouchers)
01/29 = I bought one ring(voucher) 3 vouchers total now.

later on 01/29 = The two vouchers dissapear and I get one ring in my event inventory
01/29 I write a ticket about my problem.
01/30 = the last voucher dissapear and I get one ring in my event inventory
01/30 still no answer on my ticket.

Problem solved, I got my ring now
