what does this mean exactly? it says in 2-3 days ill have it to the highest lvl/appropriate character's inventory what if i don't have a char? because i changed server from isen to ran lol.?

What it means is in your IM bag you will have some junk item and in 2-3 days the highest lvl ran/jin char will get the upg in their inventory.

so even if i have a random char like lv 20 that char will have it? i can just trade it to my main char right if i get one later on?

old skool and older fashion ever make the 1st upg sale in couple year!! I've have some weirdo fragment in my IM inventory up to now!! reminding me the odd!!
