there is no difference they are still going to ruin the game by giving people +12 weapons because of their ****ty events and then you will get jealous and try to make one your self and fail and that's what they count on because you will spend your cash they don't care about balance they care about cash now they have started earning again because of people buying scrolls to level up later when that stops they will come up with something new to sell you if they cared about balance the chimera and tali weapons would not exist that's their solid earner because you need to buy stones to put on them if they cared about balance they would just leave the normal weapons just understand that this server is doomed to fail like all the rest give it a few months .
