Requesting the forging, I understood that u need to use 2x boss drop to get 1 x upgraded boss drop/boss drop. I think that the 50 and 90% stones should be placed in the recycle system. After you get 1 reinforced boss drop it should be boosted like all normal grade A rings?

Exactly.

A ruler becomes a crafted ring with +60 allstats +220atk that you can reinforce like an insurgent after the recycle process.

I also turns out to be a lvl50 ring tradeable.
