    Yeah. They're supposed to be an alliance, but in actuality they are two separate groups of people who just can't be affected by each others aoe's. I bet they make their own all sov or all insu parties without grabbing people from across the alliance and mixing where needed. They don't use the same vent, so how could they coordinate?










    I should really stop giving them ideas....
