However currently there is a lvl requirement on events so you can't log lvl 1 chars anymore and claim rewards (I think). Same goes for rohanopoly if it ever returns, lvl requirement (already was like that the last time, opposed to when it was just released I think).

In the past you could also make an account, make a lvl 1 char, not log it in for say 4-5 months then they'd pop a ''return to rohan event'' the account would get loaded with gifts, you log it in and BAM easy lvl 80 free with 100% ses/ases/costumes and so on.
