create character fail

Hi, i am a returning player and trying to create a new character but get a message "failed to create" , anyone that know why i cant make a new character
,i tried all races.

Troubleshooting #1: maybe u have more than 12 characters in ur account, if so, u need to delete or sell those characters u dont use untile u have less than 12.

Troubleshooting #2" currently it happens to me, i dont have 12 characters n the same account, so I restart the game or pc.

Your account got bugged during a merge or the release of the new race. Send a ticket. I've got the same problem with 2 of my accounts (which i dont use anymore so idc)

You gotta remember that Jin has merged in with the rest of the Ran servers to make Jainus. If you had 8 in Ran but another 4 you forgot about in Jin, you would blow the 12 char limit. Only chars you have in Isen would be immune from the new character limit enforcement.

Though to be honest here, I don't see a need to limit the chars per server per account to 12. I mean it is not like there are thousands of players here. There is plenty of system space available.

My friend is also experiencing the same but he doesn't want to send a ticket, so I'm also looking forward for the response you will get from the GM's

I tried to maximize the character limit on jainus server. it is maximum of 12. unless you delete a character. I don't know why there is a limit of 12 characters.
