they are not going to. they will sell upgrade parts OR shiny, but never both at the same time. not sure why. except maybe they are waiting a week or two to let everyone's bank accounts recover from the trauma (paychecks etc).

After all if most buyers blew their wad buying upgrade parts, they are gonna be hard pressed to buy shinys until their wallets recover from the stress. Waiting a week or two will let wallets fatten enough for folks to buy LOTS of shinys and pres stones.
