sometimes this works:
shut the game down, and restart, log back in and try again.
You will get assigned new randomizers that might work better for you since the randomizer you got was fubar.
Also hit F12 to make non-npcs disappear.
it is a weird bit of voodoo, but I've found it sometimes helps when you are having a bad streak.

They have been tampering with the rates again. Just logged in to try deleveling, the rates are worse than last year when I still played. I would not forge or reinforce anything at this point
It's common knowledge the rates on pretty much everything in rohan sucks. If you want to forge? Why not ask on this forum about the rates before you waste the money you just made while selling your kidney.

Only an increase of 0.000012% (similar to the experience gains past lv 100), just doesn't show very soon.
This in contrast to submitting a ticket - where another day may just be the difference between a closed ticket or a forwarded one.
