New skills, new onyx weapons, lvl caps

Hello,
it has been a while since I posted anything here, but wanted to share something with you.
-There will be "new" skill for every class, no idea how they manage to do it but it's called something like "transmutation" skill or something in those lines,
-We gonna get new onyx weapons
-Some lvl caps for mobs
-New dungeons with raised level of the mobs
-Raised level for trinity weapon
-Few skill changes if I am not mistaken
-Posting the name and description of new skills, raw translation ofc:

The Guardian - over crowd
1 Level: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 80%.
2 level: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 90%.
3 levels: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 100%.
4 Level: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 110%.
Level 5: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 120%.
Level 6: The highest type of attack power of party members increases by 150% for 60 seconds.
7 Level: the highest type of offense 60 seconds of party members increases by 200%.

Defender - Ultimate Bastian
Rank 1: 60 seconds with a probability of 40% is shown a damage reduction of 40%.
Rank 2: 60 seconds with a probability of 40% is shown a damage reduction of 50%.
Rank 3: 60 seconds at a probability of 50% is shown a damage reduction of 50%.
Rank 4: 60 seconds at a probability of 50% is shown a damage reduction of 60%.
Rank 5: 60 seconds with a probability of 60% is shown a damage reduction of 60%.
Level 6: 60 seconds with a probability of 70% receives damage reduction of 70%.
7 Level: 60 seconds with a probability of 80% will receive a damage reduction of 80% ".

Priest - Heaven's Dawn
Level 1: 10% of all abilities, damage, an attack rate of party members for 60 seconds, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 2%.
Level 2: All the stats of party members for 60 seconds, Attack, attack speed by 12%, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 3%.
Level 3: All the stats of party members for 60 seconds, Attack, attack speed by 14%, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 4%.
Level 4: All the stats of party members for 60 seconds, Attack, attack speed by 16%, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 5%.
Level 5: All the stats of party members for 60 seconds, Attack, attack rate of 18%, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 6%.
Level 6: All the stats, damage, attack speed by 20%, Critical Rate of party members for 60 seconds, increase the accuracy of 8%.
7 Level: All stats of party members for 60 seconds, Attack, attack rate of 30%, Critical Rate increases the accuracy of 10%.

Templars - The Last Divine
1 Level: Critical increases by 10% the probability of party members for 60 seconds, critical attack
Increases damage by 50%.
Level 2: increases the critical chance 60 seconds of party members by 12%, critical attack
Increases damage by 70%.
3 levels: increase the critical chance by 60 seconds of party members by 14%, critical attack
Increases damage by 90%.
Level 4: Critical Rate increases by 16 percent of party members for 60 seconds, critical attack
Increases the damage by 110%.
Level 5: Critical Rate increases by the party's 60 seconds 18%, critical attack
Increases the damage by 130%.
Level 6: increase the critical chance by 60 seconds of party members by 20%, critical attack
Increases the damage by 150%.
7 Level: Critical Rate increases by the party's 60 seconds 30%, critical attack

Ranger - Death Chaser
1 Level: 60 seconds for the skill when using Target Target receives damage, leaving the mark of death increases five seconds at 100%.
2 level: skill when using Target 60 seconds to 5 seconds, leaving the mark of death, the target receives 120% damage increase.
Level 3: 60 seconds for the skill when using Target Damage 6 seconds to leave the mark of death, the target is to receive 120% increase.
Level 4: 60 seconds for the skill when using Target Damage 6 seconds to leave the mark of death, the target is to receive 140% increase.
Level 5: 60 seconds 7 seconds of skill when using Target to death, leaving the target receives damage markers 140% increase.
Level 6: 60 seconds 7 seconds of skill when using Target to death, leaving the target receives damage markers 160% increase.
7 Level: 60 seconds for the skill when using Target receives damage, leaving the target marker death increases of 200% for 10 seconds.

Scout-capping algorithms teokeol
Rank 1: Increases attack power by 60 to 70% during the second and removes the buff when the target of the attack skill.
Rank 2: Increases attack power by 80% and 60 seconds to remove the buff on the target when attacking skills.
Level 3: Damage increased by 90% for 60 seconds to remove the buff on the target when attacking skills.
Level 4: Damage increased by 100% for 60 seconds to remove the buff on the target when attacking skills.
Level 5: Increases the damage dealt by 60 110% during the second and removes the buff when the target of an attack skill.
Level 6: Increases attack power by 120% and 60 seconds to remove the buff on the target when attacking skills.
7 Level: ATK increased by 150% for 60 seconds to remove the buff when the target of the attack skill.

Warlocks - Corporate spells River
1 Level: the 60 seconds shot damage has been reduced by 30% movement speed by 50%.
Level 2: the 60 seconds shot damage has been reduced by 30% movement speed increased by 60%.
Level 3: the 60 seconds shot damage has been reduced by 40% movement speed increased by 60%.
Level 4: 60 seconds shot damage increased by 40% and movement speed reduced by 70%.
Level 5: 60 seconds shot damage increased by 50% and movement speed reduced by 70%.
Level 6: The shot is 60 seconds and damage reduced by 50% movement speed increased by 80%.
7 Level: 60 seconds shot the damage is reduced by 70% movement speed increased by 100%.

Wizard - Extension spell
Level 1: The damage of all skills for 60 seconds, increasing to 300%.
Level 2: The damage of all skills increase of 400% for 60 seconds.
Level 3: The damage of all skills for 60 seconds 500% increase.
Level 4: The damage of all skills for 60 seconds 600% increase.
Rank 5: The damage of all skills for 60 seconds 700% increase.
Level 6: The damage of all skills increase of 800% for 60 seconds.
Level 7: The damage of all skills for 60 seconds increase 1000%.

Avenger - Crown's rafters
1 Level: 60 seconds ignores damage reduction options for the opponent as much as 20%.
Level 2: Ignore the damage by 25% relative reduction options in 60 seconds.
Level 3: 60 seconds ignores damage reduction options for the opponent as much as 30%.
Level 4: 60 seconds ignores damage reduction options for the opponent as much as 35%.
Level 5: 60 seconds ignores damage reduction options for the opponent as much as 40%.
Level 6: The damage reduction options of 60 seconds relative to ignore as much as 50%.
7 Level: 60 seconds ignores damage reduction options for the opponent as much as 70%.

Only ignores damage reduction options for the items, damage reduction due to skills is not ignored.

Predator - isolation Stealth
1 Level: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 110% broadband.
2 level: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 120% broadband.
Level 3: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 130% broadband.
Level 4: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 140% broadband.
Level 5: not harmed in the area of effect attacks for 60 seconds, your attack power increased by 150% broadband.
Level 6: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 170% broadband.
7 Level: not harmed 60 seconds to broadband attack, his attack power is increased by 200% broadband.

General area of effect attacks and skills are harmed for a wide area.

Berserker - gigantik Storm
Rank 1: Reduces the Attack Speed 60 seconds 50%, but increases the damage of your Polearm 200%

2 Levels: attack speed increase 50% decrease 60 seconds, but the damage of Polearm 250%
The attack is the general area of effect attacks.
3 Levels: attack speed reduced by 40% for 60 seconds, but increases the damage of your Polearm 250%

7 Level: Reduces the damage of normal attack hit by 80% for 60 seconds.

Dragon Sage-scale reverse
1 Level: 60 seconds armor will damage the reflective armor increased by 70% to 150%.
Level 2: 200% increased armor on armor 60 seconds gives a reflection of damage by 80%.
Level 3: Defense increased by 90% to 250% defense, 60 seconds gives a reflective damage.
Level 4: defense, defense increased by 300% in 60 seconds shows a reflection damage by 110%.
Rank 5: The damage reflection gives the defense 60 seconds by 130% to 350% increased armor.
Level 6: 60 seconds armor gives the damage as much as 150% reflecting a 400% rise in defense.
Level 7: The Def 60 seconds will damage the reflective armor increased by 200% to 500%.

Level 1: The skill is not consumed when used TP 25 seconds.
Level 2: TP is not consumed when using the skill for 30 seconds.
Level 3: The skill is not consumed when using the TP 35 seconds.
Level 4: TP is not consumed when using the skill for 40 seconds.
Level 5: The skill is not consumed when using the TP 45 seconds.
Level 6: The skill is not consumed when used TP 50 seconds.
Level 7: The skill is not consumed when used TP 80 seconds.

Noir - Silent Noise
1 Level: 60 seconds move speed is increased 5M range and a 50% increase.
2 Levels: 60 seconds move speed is increased to 6M range increased by 60%.
Level 3: Increases movement speed by 70% 60 seconds and range will increase 7M.
Level 4: The movement speed for 60 seconds and increases the range increases 80% 8M.
Level 5: Increases movement speed by 90% for 60 seconds, and the distance increases circumstances 9M.
Level 6: 60 seconds move speed is increased by 100% and increase the distance matters 10M.
7 Level: 60 seconds increasing the movement speed is increased to 120% and range 15M.

The first couple I read through I thought seemed ridiculous, but that they were trying to make more classes valuable to a party...than I read the templar buff. LOLOLOL. 200% boosted crit and 30% crit rate? What are people gonna have now with that skill, upgrades, and the new rings...like 60%+ crit rates with a 200% boost. Lol...this game...people gonna be dieing faster than 3x dd toons were on Jin pre-merge.

Hahaha was gonna say that xD
If this "new weaps" come out they should be a complete different way compared to Glacials because that's what makes Onyx gear different like atk spd/crit rate/atk/mobi modifiers or even have sockets to add stones. But who cares, we have upgrds lel!

Kinda funny people cried pvp was too fast and wanted more damage mitigation to slow pvp down, they break the game with stupid upgrades, and now we get 10% more damage mitigation lol. Now instead of that actually being something to look forward to, its just something that breaks a broken system even more.

I don't know...the more I read through the new skills the more I like some of them. You have to remember...Rohan is a team based game, when you start to look at some of the new skills from that perspective, they aren't bad. One of the first ones I lol'd at, which I think most people did, was dhans getting to ignore DD. They'll be one shotting everything! Then you look at wizards...skill damage increase of 1000%? If that is enough of a boost to make psy wizards viable, and people start to play psy wizards more, that dhan who can ignore DD might as well go sit in the corner when a wizard is around with the group crit immune skill...its just the last I played wizards only really got played as vit toons and weren't all that common so dhans didn't have to worry about them.

I thought the templar one was ridiculous at first as well...but when you think about it...if groups are going to have a templar and a priest, thats +40% crit rate, plus the crit off upgrades/craft weapons, +maybe the crit off rings, +base crit rate, +any other crit buffs/scrolls, and your going to be seeing people hit 60-70%+ crit rates. They're gonna cry when wizards are shutting them down just like dhans. Of course you'll probably just get people that realize this and swap out 1 templar in their group for 1 guardian and end up doing so much damage on regulars they don't have to worry about crits, but meh...its still 1 less reason for people to play templars and 1 more reason for them to play something else so I'll take it.

Same for some of the other skills...giants got some decent dps skills, which was something they needed(other than broke ass int savages). If they come with like a 5 minute cool down or whatever, they won't be too OP. It'll just be something for people to watch out for instead of templars always being the main dish. A fast as **** savage getting OS like damage will be scary...but again if its like a 5 minute cool down and it gets debuffed...savage gonna go sit in the corner for 5 minutes. Powerful? Yes...but you can't really complain about them being OP because templars LOL.

Some I'm not too sure of as well, translations are a little confusing...like the defender skill. If this is a group aoe skill like obli, its pretty amazing...80% of 80% damage reduction is like an extra 64% damage reduction. Same for DK skill...I'm not sure how it functions but if its a castable debuff its pretty much a "**** you templars" button. Rangers as well...it seems like every time you hit someone it applies a 10 second debuff that makes them take an extra 200% damage. If that's how it works that's a pretty disgusting skill to add to their combo burst rotation, and has the added benefit of making others hit harder as well, so if you are actually communicating with your group you can lay the hurt down on someone.

Overall I still think the games broken as ****, blunt mastery still needs nerfed with or without this update, and I haven't played since trinity or upgrade wave2 so IDK how broken those classes are or aren't, but I think this update might do something that this game hasn't done in a long time...which is give people a little incentive to play something other than the typical templar dps defender/priest for templar support, and an occasional dhan for trolling. It almost makes me want to play...but meh...I'm not buying any retarded upgrades, especially not when this game is probably shutting down shortly after the release of rohan 2 lol.

Yup, but I'm pretty sure it blocks DPP. I don't know how much ****s changed in the last year or so but last I played it was the one shot str dhan DPP you had to worry about, not an agi dhan hitting for envenom only.

Maybe because they have different point of view. What's balance to them is a different story for us. I read somewhere in other games designed by koreans, before they launch to other country, they modify it to other race's preferred game play.

well, we've been kinda telling them, that for 7 years. Problem is they have tried balancing a couple times. However the word 'balance' means very different things to PWI and their players;

PWI's idea of balance:
Let's add expensive items to make those less powerful characters more powerful
(oops! forgot to see that the previously overpowered characters can use that stuff too. O well, players are buying that expensive stuff like mad so all is good!)

PLAYER idea of balance:
Nerf anything that hurts my character.
Nerf anything that my character can't hurt.
(oops! not enough players here to support the game with low priced monthly items & can't afford the payments on the Lambo - gotta close the game before the repo guy takes it)

This is pretty accurate lol. Every time they added something guess what happened...the already OP classes just pulled ahead even more. The one time they talked about adding something that might bridge the gap a little...the class based talismans...we ended up never getting them. I say bridge the gap a little because it wouldn't have been a fix...but it would have been better than nothing, which is what they did.

Every game is like this though...its not a Rohan problem. What WAS a Rohan problem though was when 95%+ of people with capped toons agreed blunt mastery was stupidly OP and needed fixed, yet it just got left as is. Even if they fix it now...who cares, Jainus is ruined with upgrades and Isen was flawed from the start and a dead server now.

Well PWI's idea is just to make money in the end so anything that is free to give is being thought and heavily put in doubt vs something that is for IM is just thought as how much more can we make with this.

About players, yeah a lot of players are like that only thinking on their main character/s and not thinking in the bigger picture.

I seriously think that the Class talisman needs to be implemented and some skills should be boosted because some of the stats on them don't make sense by class specific.
Example Preds Aoe buff haves 20-25% damage drop when this class normal atks are low compared to Templar/Berserker. Adding Block% or Elemental damage plus removing the Aoe DD to it would be nice. Traps dont last long in Pve, Dancing Blade is just a waist of skill points so this should be a must.
Berserker Aoe buff is what i like to call unique in that it's kind of a copy of Templars aoe but adds that 30% additional defense that really needs.
Guards Aoe is kind of OP because of OS but still that Aoe damage drop % i would boost it to like 20%-35%.
Defenders Aoe should not need Aoe Damage drop rather boost Aoe damage to 35% like it was when it was added. Kind of like Noirs.
Noirs Aoe is perfect but the TP cost is too much, making it from 50 TP to 5 TP is enough.
Scouts Aoe is Perfect.
DS Aoe DD should be removed to boost Str DS dps on pve.
Priests Aoe is meh could have an additional stat like 25% boost in Magic damage or something like it. Still its nice or useless.(Copy of Ring Burst)
Rumirs Aoe is good, kind of OP converting Psy to pure magic atk but still its nice.
