hello, i prefer Ran server. So many epic weapon and active players specially guild fights! GMs are cool however i wish they have more time to chitchat us. see you in game dude!
Since you are a big spender, Ran/Jin is the place to be. They are selling upgrades every month so you will have a happy place to spend all that cash.Quote:

You have 1 month until merge, go Jin, we have exp boost, so you will get higher lvl before big fistfight. Unless you will be buying char, then go Ran better forging/refining/reinforcing rates there, and they have them 24/7.
On a side-note does anyone knows what is the gap now in parties? (i've read some info in Guide tab, says 20+ is bad). The thing i'm mostly interested is 115+(this thingy). If a characters in pt are: 105 and 115+5 (if we take into consideration that gap is 14 lvls), these are in a gap or not.

Mmm depends, if you have the time to make it to most PA's and have chars farming you can get almost everything you need without having to spend rps, aside from an initial amount to gear up your lowbies. You will spend a hella lot of money regardless of which server you go in. I just think you will enjoy your time in Ran/Jin more because you will be more powerful to start with and there is at least some PvP there. If you have the deep pockets it takes for the startup costs.
Isen is 100x as expensive as here old man. Why would anyone have RNJESUS decide if they can be a factor or not when you can just buy an upgrade. Reinforcing rings is no easy task on ran/jin either but its way easier than on isen.
Why is it more expensive in Isen? Look at what you have been saying about Isen:
1. Rates suck
2. Drops suck
3. No pvp happening anywhere
Looking at that I don't see why it would cost more to play in Isen. Isen has become a server that appeals to the PvE player. For PvE you dont need the best gear accessories and pets. You are not a failure if you don't have the best of everything because mobs simply don't care if your do or not. Yiou gear up to make your PvE gameplay easier. That gear does not need to be up to PvP standards. And since there really is no PvP to speak of, nobody cares if your lvl 115 is running around in Edwins as long as you can survive your farming & leveling.
In RanJin, nobody goes there for the PvE game aspects. How many farmers are left in RanJin? The EM is as dead as the server with very few people willing to buy & sell stuff. RanJin is pretty much pure PvP now. For PvP you need the best weapons, armor, accessories, pets and anything else you can get your hands on. You need scrolls coming out of your ears. You need buiffs from everybody that will give you them.
So what is more expensive? Gearing and maintaining for PvP or PvE?
Essentially you can get to the point where you dont need to spend. Look at old forever. Their core didnt have to spend jack on the game. They were also able to make new better gears sell off their old gears and continue to make money.
Also you still need to have some pretty beast gear for pve. Donno if you have been to gratt treasury yet or not. With 30k hp, I get 1shot there, with epic katars and lvl 3 lion. Sure I dont have my rings completely sorted yet. But still 1shot by mobs. Thats if I wanna try and get onyx armors. Bosses will destroy you if you dont have good gear. If you wanna do things for effeciency you will have to spend for pve and pvp.
You also dont need to drop x amount of money to get in the door. You do have the option to simply level up by hand. Or hunter kit for that matter. No one is forcing you to spend money at any point. Once again be it for pve or pvp. You eventually need gears to make the game easier. I remember playing the game with rares. That **** sucked. I remember when it took 6-8 months just to hit level 60. I remember when the first players hit 99, and 110. I remember the first time zeitgiest, silva, beze, and ruler died.
If people going to be rollin in **** gear they better roll 100 deep in a boss room cause they just going to get wiped.
As a person who's been neglecting to invest massively into (online) games for various reasons, who's been playing this game for many a year and that mainly focused on the PvE aspects of said game.. who has been playing on all servers incl. pre-merge single servers, first merge, second merge, epic release up till first upgrade release, onto Divinity into Jin to strand in Isen..Quote:

They have increased mob damage in extremis, so you need IM
They have lowered drop rates in extremis - and this is the rate after many community cry outs to up the drop rates since it was near non-existent at the start.
