That's the ToS - things you are not allowed to do. And those are the things you agree to when you make an account. Karazy in his post regarding policies is doing nothing more than bring that to your attention. Don't forget. PWI has the final say on anything that goes on in their systems. Their systems, their rules. Even if you don't explicity break any of these rules they can still turf you out if they don't like you (they won't but they legally CAN).
But anywho, Karazy's policy post aside, see the highlighted part? That is the part that restricts what you can call yourself or post in forums. Forum names, character names and posts are considered 'content'. In short if people find it offensive, complain to PWI and tey determine the complaint is legit, then it is against ToS. See the "without limitation"? That it the magic wild card that lets them add ANYTHING THEY WANT to the ToS without explicitly writing them there. And everybody registered here agreed to it.
Like I said, I don't care what anyone wants to call themselves. BUT there are many here that are not as open-minded about that stuff as I am. And those are the ones that get you "Rock"ed.

In the past 7 years hundreds of people have had their accounts shut down and not a one of them can do anything about it. And I am sure some of those accounts have had $1000 or more USD paid into them - without a single penny refunded. If these guys can do that, they can change your name on you if they feel it offends.
