I am half way to lv 56 now and I haven't encountered any such quest. I do most of my quest btw.

Literati, why would I be saving skill points before 50 anyways? Most of the skills pre-50 are my most important ones. I didn't mess ANYTHING up.

Just to clear things up when using a Skill Enhancement Stone...

You MUST have at least 1 point invested in the skill already.
You DO NOT need to spend a point on the SKill Enhancement Stone
You DO NOT need points banked to use the Skill Enhancement Stone

Ex.

I have Rising Might at 5/5.
I use a Skill Enhancement Stone.......Success...
Rising Might becomes 6/6.
