The Dekan classes Skill Tree

IFthe skill is overpowered, The gms Prolly mut've taken it into consideration.
But it might be one of the Dekan's class specialty. I can't really judge its power ingame unless i try pking with it once the game is released.

Most likely life lost.

err if a creature would lose 350% thats 3.5 times overkill.

it sounds more like 350% extra dmg ontop of your regular dmg

For example: You have 100hp, skill consumes 10hp and hits for 350% dmg of consumed hp (35dmg).

Actually it's more like:

If you normally do 100 dmg with an attack, use this skill and sacrfice some life to do 350 dmg

What level do you have to be at the lowest to recieve the Dragon skill? O.o
and can you fly, breath fire, ect?
