Um, this is just a random guess but try running "Hotspot sheild" before rohan, To me a lot of sites are restricted in my country, and says "Could not be viewed in your country" Or similar to that, So we just use "Hotspot sheild" To access those sites. So i guess it should work for you too. Just a guess.

You need to activate the account by going to the link they sent you to the email address in order to log ingame...
