Can't log in due to "invalid password"

when you signed up if you make your login id like this "AccountName" and you try to login with lower case "accountname" even with the right password you won't be able to login you have to use correct lowercase / uppercasing.

Check if your num/caps lock are (de-)activated as well.

i get the same thing either that or http is incorrect.. which file do i click on to start the game if the desktop one isnt the right one

Did you solve your problem. I was unable to login too. In my case I was using a long password generated by a software, impossible to remember then I copied it each time I want to login from the program and paste it to the login window and I get the same error message asking me to recheck my password. It seems the software I use has some strange bug, when copying some times an extra character is added to the password. Then I decided to print the password and manually insert each character in the login window, this time worked perfectly. Now I always login by this method and all ok until now.
