Skill "Broken Bag" info : Max.weight your taget can carry drops by 60%,
70% drops in target magical`s resistance.Last 30 sec.(lvl 7)

This part "70% drops in target magical`s resistance.Last 30 sec" not working.Skill casted target (only pvp) droping weight but not magical defense or any resistens... absorbing same magical dmg.I think if that info get for real dark elfs finaly can be faktor in pvp in game not only farmers and supertters in pvp!

That's actually not right. You need to read the description.

Skill that decreases the target's Weight limit and Magic Resistance.

Magic resistance is not magic defense the skill is working but totally useless

Are you tested? Skill not working! For that is useless. If you cast Frozen ice + broken bag combo oponent will stop moving soo its work pritty well.But have more.... and this need make you up more dmg on your enemy.Next time if you think something are useles just test and ask someone maeby have somthing wrong.Don`t show us some obviously.
