Just bought an item on EM but when i try to take it out IN GAME nothing happens and its not on my sealed list on the website either, the item just basically disappeared.

I have some problems too. Few items disappeared from treasure. I did relog few times, still nothing

I have the same problem, my Exchange market inventory in-game says There is nothing to be retrieved, while i did buy 4 things. Even when i wanted to test with a item that i sealed and unsealed it didnt appear.

i got same problem cant get my items and ynk tickets/live chat fail damn bad
