Disappearing NPCs in game

Hi.. I also experience these problems and not just me, but also my friend... We're trying to think of ways on how to solve this problem. But like you, re-installing the game didn't work. It's been two months and the problem is still there. I hope the GMs would do something about this sooner or later.

Me too, I sent a ticket to the GM but up to now, no response whatsoever... If you have the solution, please post it here and let us know? Thank you very much ^^

can log in and enter the game but npcs and other people are missing

the problem still exists even after yesterday patch
I notice this kind of problem is ignored by the GMs
It is no use for patching whatsoever if they cannot even fix log in problem

So, after "killing" our chars with the new SOED, now we are unnable to play our new chars. Nice one...
Uninstalling and playing other serious games. This one sucks.
