    accusing for RMT

    yesterday suddenly my id is blocked
    when i send ticket to GM, they reply that my id is blocked due to RMT
    it so ridiculous since i never sell or buy anything but in cegel
    or maybe it because i buy those feeding bag from premium kiosk??
    or maybe because i'm indonesian and have a blue phoenix so they think i get it with RMT? because as i read in some forum, some indonesian player did RMT on their item. and then because of that, every indonesian player that have unique and rare item are accused of RMT.... sound crazy and so RACIST!!!
    i want to know, can GM blocked an id without proof? because when i asking the proof, they didn't reply my ticket...!!
    or maybe if someone reporting other player of RMT, can GM blocked right away?
