Anyone having windowed mode bug problem?

While in windowed mode, in any resolution. When I go to move one of my clients it blinks black and causes lag, and maximizes and minimizes other clients as well. Needs fixing. Posted this because I sent a ticket and GM's said this is a isolated problem since only I have reported it.

Yet another bug that won't get fixed for 3 years.

I popped into the game for a short time last Saturday. 1st client blinked/lagged for a for a bit, but eventually settled down after a minute or so. By the time I had 2nd & 3rd clients logged and running, no probs on any of them.

Works fine for me and I'm always on 3 clients.
