I have this issue today too... I couldn't log propperly to the game
once it reaches character selection, and I select my character; the game just disappears, shuts down like that. And no matter how many times I reboot my system or update or even use system recovery; it dun fix it =\ it didn't use to be liek this, it just happened and started today


Is this some sort of bug or what?

Anything you changed from program, installed something, windows updates, ANYthing you can think of you changed since yesterday?

Not at all, not a single thing was changed in my system, I am 100% sure of it
Let alone I have used a system recovery point of at the beginning of the month, which means even if there were changes it should had been reseted wit hthe system recovery, but it still refuses to start
Everything works fine, except when it 'starts', when you click on start
instead of giving that loading thingie with the hint bar; it just shuts down and disappears without any error message

Weird - extremely weird. I'm afraid i can't help you any further as i doubt a total deletion and complete re-install might not work.

I am from Egypt, but this is not a country's problem. since the rest of my accounts actually work
I really don't know what to do, this account is a recent one I made and I had bought a character on it and opened its EM. I barely got to try the character yesterday, and now I can't login it anymore

Djuka - did you buy a character lately?
How old is your account with the problem on?
Did you activate your EM as of late?


We need to find some things related in each different case with this problem - the more info the better.

p.s.: kuromiko, have you issued this to ynk through support? If not - do so and add above info's, if yes: what was their reply?

I had made the account around 4 days ago. And yesterday I had my EM activated, and had the character bought
So the account is about barely 4-5 days old

No, I did not report to YNK about it. Could you please link me or guide me to what I need to do to report it?
