Cant cancel sales on EM

as the title says i cant cancel my sales on the EM
any suggestions to help solve this?

You should be able to do it if you search your sale ad but if this doesn't work you can file a ticket and ask
for them to cancel it for you make sure you use your registered e-mail address and provide the necessary information about the item.
