    Good luck with that. They don't care about account names.
    They only care that ingame character names are appropriate . Ingame names they can "rock" - account names they can't.

    As a side note:

    The part of that name you found offensive is a part of German history. It is admittedly a very embarrassing part for that country bit a legacy all the same.

    I could give you a history lesson the German part of WWII (my grandmother -rip- and mother lived through it in Nazi Germany so I have a very good perspective from people that were there), but honestly that has no more place in this forum than your own outrage over someone using it as part of their account name. There is a bazillion inappropriate account names in this game. YNK won't close accounts simply because you or anyone else doesn't like the account's name. Just get over it and move on.

    WWII was shameful enough for everyone that actively participated in it (rather than being forced to). You think the U.S. dropping a couple nukes on Japan was something to be proud of ? It is the 21st century. Time to move on and let sleeping dogs lie.
