Level 115 done, now what?

hi admin/gm/other fellow user,
i recently playing this game for nostalgic reason and so far its been quite fun,
achieving level (pve) is fast BUT after reaching level 115 im always stuck.
(fyi implayin rohan a really longgg time ago when level cap is only at level 60ish something).

so my important question now is, what to do and where, to gain more level when we reach level 115?

i know you already post here and there that "picture guide" about where to hunt, ive tried but for about 4-6 hours in gratt/blaze hitting level 115-120ish mobs using 50/150%-400% exp scrolls and only gain about 0,00xx exp then im confuse, dont know what to do.

im doin solo leveling only, tried scout, wizard, warlock etc that have area skill effects but the result is the same, im lvl 115 hitting lvl 120 mobs and only get very low exp output.

is there something i missed? (maybe unlock level by reporting to an npc or use some items?)
or i have to be in a party? (at that level and in the area where that level hunt usually nobody at there).
or i have to do some quest maybe?

oh and ive already searching this forum for info/guide/tips to find out how to pass my level 115 "barriers" but still no clue.
