    What if I didn't have a security question on my old seal account

    I forgot to put a security question on my old seal account and i cant go back to it. I want to transfer my old characters to the new portal on seal but sense I dont have a security question it wont let me transfer . What can I do to get my old characters back to the new portal?

    you need to open a ticket where you add your regsitered email of that account and wait for their answer.

    Arrg.. this is driving me nuts...
    I forgot my security question whatnots on the old account too.
    I even got a support ticket and gave them details..
    Nevertheless, still the same old problem.
    If all else fails, I quit...
