Gameguard Error Blank (No Text No Numbers No Error Message)

I had download and install Seal BOD to my device (it is a gaming laptop).

After pressing "Game Start" it is downloading Gameguards. But after that it shown a blank white box with title "Gameguard Error" as shown below.



Then redirected me to website https://gameguardfaq.nprotect.com/eng/con_02.html

I have re-download seal BOD, re-install it to my laptop, deleting gameguard folder, turn off antivirus and windows firewall, but all of this methods are not working.

How to fix this, anyone knows how?
