    Highest LVL Questmaster Bug

    I try to open sevis high level, i clear the flower give quest, but after that the npc quest does not give me any high level quest, i wait for 30 minutes but the exclamation mark not appear..

    please the solution

    I have same problem here, after flower quest red mark doesnt appear, when i try to talk its sometime giving quest but i cant accept it
