*The Ranking of RPs spent will be taken into account from October 11th to October 15th at 11:59 PDT.
*The rewards will be distributed during October 16th.
*A total of 4 winners will earn a Wish [2 per server]
*The ranking will be updated on a daily basis between 9:00 PDT and 15:00 PDT.
