Regarding your concern:

1)Please be informed that, after doing several tests with the problem you described to us and doing tests & inquiries from
other players, we confirm that the bug you described to us can be solved by reinstalling the game. Since it seems that it is a problem that only affects his PC
at a local level.

->We strongly suggest you reinstall the game because probably a file got corrupted during the patching process and it will be only solved through that method.
