Seal Online Server Maintenance

On regards to the upcoming Seal Online 10th Anniversary, we are preparing big announcements for our dear community in order to commemorate this very special time we are being through...

The following updates have been conducted during our Maintenance:



- Bonus Golden Check Key Event (05/23 — 06/06) has begun: For opening every 100 Golden Chest, 1 Bonus Key will be provided instead of every 200.

- A Stone Dismantle x2 Event (05/23 — 06/06) has begun. Check it out: https://bit.ly/422XWKA

- Rascal O'Poly is back! We deeply hope you find it worthwhile after a long wait as juicy items have been added within: https://bit.ly/433MRKz

- A Level Jump Event (05/23 — 08/01) has landed on Shiltz. Create a brand new character and receive rewards by leveling up!: https://bit.ly/42YmRjM

- Finally, The Pet Revival System has landed on our Server! From now on, Shiltzians will no longer need to submit tickets every time their pet dies. Here's a Quick Guide: https://bit.ly/3BUb0Y2





- Fishing Speed & EXP Event has come to an end, hence normal rates are back.

- We remind our players that we have updated the restoration policies: >>here<<

- We want to remind all players, regarding the Level Jump Event, that only the first brand-new character created will be able to receive rewards. Also, in case of changing its nickname, it will automatically stop receiving rewards.
Plus, in case of receiving items with spring options added whether by achieving levels manually or using Level Jump Ticket, be informed that it may be due to a visual issue and shall not represent any real values when dragged into the inventory.

- Regarding dead pets, our GM Staff will keep on reviving pets deceased from 30 days ago from the date these Patch Notes are being published (05/23 — 04/21). It means that pets deceased before that date (April, 21st) won't be able to be restored.

- [Special Item] label has been temporarily removed from all special items within the server. We're working as hard as possible to fix this issue in the shortest term. Any eventual maintenance on this matter will be properly announced before carrying it out. UPDATE: The issue has been fixed. In case of finding any anomaly related, do not hesitate on contacting us through our Support Platform.

- Next regular maintenance: June, 06th.



[Fix] Fixed the issue that caused craftsmen to be paralyzed after attempting to appraise an item.

[Fix] Fixed the issue in Gunners and Archers where the range attack was different between a weapon with no skill options applied and those with Enhance Gun/Bow applied.

[Fix] Fixed the issue that caused Pet's Soul Decomposition Tickets to not work when used.




- Our next maintenance will take place on June, 06th.
