Sorry if this double post, I already waiting for the resolved ticket for 3 days already.

I know there is not only me that has a problem but would you mind at least responding to the ticket like, "kindly wait" or "your response has already been taken into consideration"? At least while waiting I have known that my reply through email or ticket platform is going through.

My problem is I couldn't log in to SEAL BOD using my old account (Created in 2009 and never play SEAL BOD) and I already top Up RPs into the account. Is there any way to resolve this?

I don't bother if the account is wiped out or cleansed from any character etc (reset) also if you could transfer the RPs into the new account I also don't bother as well. My Objective is to play with my friend and buy the Feb Promotion package that ended today
