    Forgot bank password

    Help I forgot my seal online bank password. I've sent ticket from 2 days ago (#402276 and #402337) but haven't got any reply/assignment to my ticket.

    Are there any estimation on how long the ticket will be responded or are there any other way to reset my bank password?
