[Announcement] Snowball, disconnections and server crash

Greetings Shiltzians,.

We want to inform everyone that we have found an issue with snow balls and tell everyone how to avoid issues related to this.

➡ Snowball issue:

When players go through a portal while equipped with a Snowball there will be a disconnection and the character will not be able to log in again until the Snowball is removed from his inventory (through ticket).

We're aware of the issues are working as fast as as possible in order to get the issue solved.
We apologize for the inconveniences dear Shiltzians, if any of you has lost their precious costumes, please by all means send a ticket, once we confirm they were lost due to this we will restore them.

Please going through portals with a Snowball equipped.

➡ Server crash and disconnection issue:

As most of you know the server crashed between 22:50 ~ 23:20 PST and we had an emergency maintenance.

You may experience disconnections.

We apologize for all the inconveniences you may experience but please know that we are working very hard to solve the issues.

Please know that today we will be having an Emergency Maintenance.
