[Announcement] Lucky Dice(Rainbow) issue

Greetings Shiltzians,.

We want to inform everyone that we have found an issue when doing g/dg/xg refine with Lucky Dice(Rainbow) equipments.

➡ Lucky Dice(Rainbow) grade refinement issue:

Currently doing any grade refine (g/dg/xg) to any part of Lucky Dice(Rainbow) (HTBS) will change the item into another one.
This also includes the grade refinement tickets in case it isn't clear.

Please avoid doing any grade refine to these equipments until we fix this issue in the next maintenance.


For users who refined their Lucky Dice(Rainbow) and ended with a different item due to this issue, please send a ticket and the GM team will gladly help you recover it.
Bear in mind that you must have the resulting item you received from this refine issue in your character.
