Yes, it is in the right format. Yes, it meets all the file requirements. I have tried uploading on Internet Explorer as well. I can't even get one of the default choices to work. Whenever I hit confirm from the logo registration page, it takes me to the main portal page. If anyone has a solution I'm dying to hear it. Thanks in advance.

Well (us) forumers don't know what this may cause , since we don't have tehnical information about the site.

I have the same problem and im guessing every new made guild isn't able to upload a guild logo which is for me very dissapointing.

32bit-16x16 px-TGA (targa) - exactly 1068 bytes.... last requirement can be found in support sections.
