Item can't be seen or used

I have a costume in "item" bag and I tried to drag it to wardrobe. It's not successful, but the problem is that now the costume cannot be seen or used. The slot looks empty, but I cannot put anything else into the slot. When I click on the slot, there is no blue rectangle which normally appears when clicking on any item slot. I tried to re-login but nothing changed. Please help.

Ok I have resolved issue by reinstalling the game. So apparently this is a bug.
