SealOnline Immediately crashed after launched

So recently a bunch of my friend downloaded Seal BOD and none of my friend can play the game. All 3 of my friend have the exact same problem. after pressing "Game Start" it would open up a new window and immediately closed.

I tried searching for solution on your forum, but nothing to be found.
I tried to download the "DirectX 9.0" on your download center page. but it leads to nothing.
same with the "Nvidia" button it says "Page Not Found"
I also tried to turn compatibility mode on to Windows 8 and Windows 7 but still no results.

For reference my friends are using:
OS: Windows 10 & Windows 11
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100, 5300 & Ryzen 7 5800H
GPU: Nvidia GT 1030ti, GTX 1650, RTX 3050 (Mobile)

And for my machine (Working fine):
OS: Windows 11
CPU: Intel i3 10105F
GPU: Nvidia GTX 950

I hope this problem can be fix as soon as possible. so my friends can join me playing this game
