are we allowed to use other software like photoshop etc to draw and join this community event?

Dear GM, yeah because usually there are participants of this kind of drawing competition who obviously use external photo editing softwares like photoshop, paint, etc. (obvious from their use of techniques such as seamless gradation, very fine brush strokes and perfectly straight or curved lines, which are very difficult to execute in the supposed drawing tool) and use other image hosting services other than the default imgur. Please take a closer look at these as well as the source link of each image so you don't accidentally pick ineligible winners. Thank you!
