E-Cash

Recently, there was an announcement that they would be getting rid of E-cash by the end of the year. I've seen few chances of being able to use this currency. Most items only allow you to purchase them with RP, or on the rare exception they do let you use E-cash, the user can only pay for 10% of the item's cost using E-cash.

Would you please allow people to spend E-cash more freely or buy some unimportant item or something, so it doesn't feel like a waste? Thank you!
