    Pet cannot evolve

    Greetings

    I wanna ask about pet evolution
    i got piya egg and bud from my friend, after feeding it until +9 100% and i want to evolve it i can't

    both pet say "this item cannot be registered" when i talk to NPC pet trainer for evolution

    pls help me
