Enchanted weapons pendants armour

Hello can any one tell me whats the max lvl you can set armour, weapons, rings or pendants (+1,+2,+3 etc) and if there is a certain lvls you can try with out it brake?

You can use certain items to enhance it without risking the item to break.
However, if the item breaks, we cannot restore it if you did not used any of those items.

What are success rates for weapon reinforcement stone VI. i did 4 with the IM preservation item at 800 rp's each. 3 fails? 3200 rps for 1 success. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Post success odds.
