All crafted spirit stones mysteriously disappearing?!?

Is anyone else having this issue? I have crafted multiple Grade E spirit stones for Mana and HP absorb to put in my Ferkhans weapons. I successfully socketed over 4 weapons. I log in today to take advantage of the double EXP weekend only to find all of my weapons no longer have the spirit stones I socketed?!?! I'm beyond furious. This isn't something bought on the IM that has a expiration date. Its crafted in game from in game items, the non P2W way basically. And yet for some stupid reason they are all gone!!!! I've already submitted a ticket but this is absolutely ridiculous.

All crafted and IP ticket stones are for 7days, It is stupid that it doesn't noted anywhere. But when you socket a new stone and hover over the socketed stone on the weapon, it will say that it will be gone in 7 days
